I am trained specifically in working with various types of grief and loss. Some of these types of loss are: death of a loved one, divorce or infidelity, or miscarriages and stillborn deaths. Other types of grief can include: loss of a job, loss or changes with identity, or moving away from your family.
As a mental health counselor, I am focused on the treatment of individuals who have or are experiencing grief and loss. I am not only passionate about helping others, but I know firsthand what it means to go through the process. I recognize how difficult it is to grieve your loss, and to learn how to get unstuck and to move forward in a healthy way.
