Experiential Group on Loss
Experiential Group for therapy-goers (over 26 y/o to 76 y/o) who want to deal with significant loss and transition in their lives. Many have lost a career/job; death of spouse or child; lost youth; retirement; some experienced illness in self, spouse, family member; loss of pet; some have had a new success and can't make the necessary adjustment. A Group for Women Over 70+
Perhaps you are struggling with changes in relationship(s), your body or transitions in career/work. Changes over 70+ can be a time of doubt, sadness, anxiety, or isolation. I invite you to join with a group of other women for an 8 week, experiential group. We will explore our strengths, wisdom, and hopes for closing the "old" and transitioning to the "new."
