I am experienced in working with individuals who are struggling with Trauma &PTSD, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, life transitions, and, interpersonal relationship issues. I use an integrative approach to therapy that includes but is not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Motivational Therapy, IFS & EMDR.
