Talking about sexuality can feel challenging for many of us. I take a sex-positive approach to intimacy, encouraging open and healthy discussions about sexual experiences and desires. I utilize an integrative, holistic, and mindulness based approach, as it is important to have a clear understanding about what is currently important to the client in the present while gently exploring the past. I also assess for tangential topics, such as boundary maintenance, practicing a compassionate relationship with one’s self and partner, healthy and effective communication, and developing mindful practices to inform decisions.
