I have extensive training in treating adults, adolescents, and children dealing with depression, anxiety, history of trauma, and behavioral concerns. The systemic approach of family and marital counseling is near and dear to my heart. My approaches include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Motivational, and Structural Family Therapy.
