I believe there is hope. I specialize in helping adults who grew up with narcissistic parents and faced cultural or environmental challenges. This work may involve skill building to reduce anxiety, learning to set healthy boundaries, or trauma-focused sessions using EMDR. Regardless of the work we do together, the whole self of you will be welcomed.
