Do you struggle with low confidence and high anxiety at work and in social situations? Is it hard to advocate for yourself and set healthy boundaries that serve you? Do you often feel burdened and resentful with all the responsibilities that the people in your life place on your shoulders? Are perfectionism, guilt, and shame familiar to you? Do you feel so drained that you get overwhelmed by the thought of having to show up and fulfill your responsibilities? Now more than ever, we are all struggling with the uncertainty of life, and our usual coping skills don’t work as well.
I believe there is hope. I specialize in helping adults who grew up with narcissistic parents and faced cultural or environmental challenges. This work may involve skill building to reduce anxiety, learning to set healthy boundaries, or trauma-focused sessions using EMDR. Regardless of the work we do together, the whole self of you will be welcomed.
As an immigrant myself, I strive to create an inclusive and safe space for you to be yourself, so you can discover and nurture the strengths that already exist within you. I hope my skills, knowledge, and the wisdom from my personal journey will support you in shining in your own unique way.
