My clients are individuals who have experienced trauma at some point in their lifetime. They are individuals who notice conflict in their relationships, including difficulties with boundaries & communication. My clients find themselves putting other's needs before their own, & as a result feel burnt out. Emotions are often confusing or overwhelming, so avoidance is typically the coping strategy they are most comfortable with. My clients are willing to explore new ways of being in order to live life more fully. My clients are open to a holistic approach to therapy that includes all areas of their life & their unique identities.
Together we will work to explore your thoughts, feelings, and the signals your body gives you to better understand and appreciate your unique life experiences. My hope is to create a trusting, authentic, and open relationship in which we collaboratively learn and problem-solve to cultivate the healing you desire, guided by your values.
Everyone deserves to feel safe within their own body and mind. My role is to help guide people to their inner resilience and foster hope for change that at times may feel impossible. I would be honored to work with you to find your healing. If you are considering therapy- please reach out, I would love to answer any questions you have.
