6 Week Virtual Trauma Group with IFS
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a type of Compassion focused SELF-therapy. Participants will travel inwards to build a compassionate relationship with ’Parts’ of themselves that survived traumatic events. Accessing these ‘Parts’ and meeting them with compassion allows for the unburdening of traumatic memories and breaking self-sabotaging belief systems that negatively impact one’s relationships and goals. Many patients respond with increased levels of courage, confidence, and compassion in just a few sessions. Restructuring these internal systems empowers you to live a WHOLE-SELF guided lifestyle!
