Stop the unhealthy relationship cycle, find new ways of getting your emotional needs met. I help individuals, who have struggled in their relationships, gain a better understanding of how the cycle of unhealthy relationships began. We explore how to create healthier, more fulfilling, emotional connections in a collaborative, nurturing, nonjudgmental environment. My clients, are often successful in life, but they also talk about how they are never happy or fulfilled in their current relationships. They talk about the difficult childhood that they had and often recognize the connection between the two.
Despite this understanding, they don’t know how to make the change necessary to get their emotional needs met. They often self-sabotage or push people away when they get close to to getting what they really want. Or, they continue to stay in unhealthy relationships. Some worry that this is impacting their ability to parent in a healthy way.
Like my clients, you deserve to be surrounded by people who support and care about you. Engaging in healthy relationships that are fulfilling is not out of your reach. Stopping the cycle is not out of your reach. If you want to be in a relationship without a paralyzing fear of abandonment, I would love to help you get there.
