I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, gender issues, compulsive sexual and partner betrayal trauma challenges. As a Carnes and Minwalla trained, partner sensitive therapist, I can help those seeking healing from trauma and abuse. My interest is to help clients going through change, life transitions, and adjustment phases in life that we experience as we age, grow and evolve in our perceptions of ourselves, our gender and sexuality as well as relationships. I am able to provide knowledgeable and compassionate support to the LGBTQ+, kink and alternative lifestyle communities.

I offer gentle yet empowering care for individuals and couples navigating identity and relationship struggles. I am trained in the Helping Couples Heal - Minwalla Trauma Informed / Partner Trauma model. I am an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist (ASAT) trained in the Carnes Model. I can help with Therapeutic Formal Disclosures. I run a weekly partners group.

Our work together can allow you to explore how your life and general ways of being serve you or fail to do so and empower you to do something about it. I believe we have the capacity to change patterns that no longer serve us and that we can utilize our experiences, identities and openness as sources of strength to do so. Facilitated by my colleagues, Novus clinical Director, Duane Osterlind, LMFT, and Mateo Leonardo, AMFT, many of my clients benefit from the supplemental support offered in this therapist led men's group which is focused on processing sex addiction struggles and compulsive sexual behaviors with a focus on repairing the relationships that have been impacted due to infidelity and betrayal. This group is conducted remotely via Google Meet. It is limited to 8 participants. Weekly attendance is required with a minimum 6 month committment.

This group is led by therapists expertly trained in compassionate work of helping partners in relationships heal from betrayal trauma. This online group is available to anyone located in the state of California and will help participants: Understand why your partner may be engaging in these behaviors. Create a plan for healing and recovery. Safely connect with a support network of other partners who have been in similar situations. Realize you are not alone in this struggle. Make informed decisions for yourself and your family. Group meets every Wednesday ONLINE via Google Meet Video from 6 to 7:30 PM.
