Whether you're dealing with a new struggle or something that has been in your life for many years, I will walk with you to discover how life has shaped you to be the person you are today. I will help you evaluate what is working well for you and what needs to change. I will provide a safe relationship in which to discuss topics that are often uncomfortable to discuss within the context of other relationships.

I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety and/or the complicated impacts of trauma. I have worked with clients who are struggling with perfectionism, panic attacks, postpartum anxiety/depression, and various PTSD symptoms to help them untangle from the fears that hold them back and get them into living life fully again.

Every story and person is unique. I look forward to hearing how your circumstances have shaped who you are. While the circumstances are important to acknowledge, they do not have to define your future.
