I am a personable person, compassionate, empathetic, and understanding. I am authentic and down to earth. I have experience working in community mental health, and private practice working with clients of all ages and demographics. I assist couples and individuals work through past, current, and future stressors. My goal is to help others find their way in life, as well as overcome obstacles which keep them stuck in a cycle that continues to hinder them from living their lives to the fullest.

I utilize EMDR and other trauma focused modalities to help individuals learn how to overcome their traumatic experiences and transition from being a survivor to a thriver. I am Gottman Level 1 trained, I utilize this method to assist couple's learn how to communicate effectively and build connection.
