I specialize in those looking to address deep rooted traumas and how to manage painful memories. While I use an integrative approach, my foundation is first and foremost about building a strong therapeutic relationship. As a therapist, I work hard to create a non-judgmental, empathetic and safe environment where my clients can develop insight into their lives and make meaningful changes. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore life’s challenges and difficulties. I approach each person with compassion, genuineness, and meet you where you are in life.
I am a bilingual therapist, fluent in English and Spanish, with over 9 years of experience. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma, grief and loss, family and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and women’s issues. I have a certificate in crisis intervention and trauma response obtained from Rutgers.
