Welcome, I am so happy you have made the brave decision to invest in your mental health. I specialize in the treatment of developmental and complex trauma. My clinical experience includes- community based mental health, intensive services and residential treatment centers. I currently serve as a clinical director of a treatment center for neurodiverse adolescents. In my private practice, current clinical focus is working with women and families that have been impacted by trauma. My goal as a therapist is to rebuild ruptured attachments, heal untouched wounds, and create a space of healing and wellness for all of my clients.
I am trained in Eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy (EMDR), as well as the Trauma Resilience Model (TRM). Both of these treatment modalities are geared towards the processing of traumatic incidents in order to reduce your suffering. Additionally, I am trained in MI, TF-CBT, and utilize DBT interventions.
I have a holistic approach to my practice. My goal is to act as a guide and an unconditional support system for each client and family. Therapy can be a scary process, I will utilize empathy, full transparency, connection, and humor to get you through some of your darkest hours.
