Therapy works, and people can change. Living in a world that is highly relational, we often find that our toughest psychological problems are rooted in systemic relationship issues. I work with individuals and couples who are interested in developing healthier connections with themselves and with others. In order to make healthy relationships with others possible, one must foster a healthy relationship with oneself. In developing psychological health in ourselves, we become better able to interact with others in a way that does not cause us deep pain and ongoing frustration.

Living in the Los Angeles area presents many challenges for adults and couples. Depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship strife, and other life circumstances can get in the way of creativity, decision-making, work, and love. I have extended training and experience with helping those recovering from toxic relationships and/or narcissistic abuse.
