I am committed to restoring your hope and am honored to help you find freedom from all that weighs you down. My priority is to create a safe, non-judgmental space. In our sessions, I utilize a trauma-informed approach and often integrate Brainspotting.

I believe in being honest and often provide feedback in sessions. I can incorporate Christian faith-based counseling if preferred.
