Kristina is a person-centered and systemically-oriented therapist who has experience working with individuals, couples, and families. She specializes in working with individuals experiencing trauma symptoms and mood disorders such as depression, and anxiety.
Kristina received her Masters of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work specializing in Clinical and Behavioral Health. She received her B.S. in Kinesiology and has a deep understanding of physiology with a passion for connecting physical and mental health issues.
