Becoming aware of our internal experiences allows us to express our needs with greater clarity. I will listen to you and learn about your intentions so that we can get to the heart of the matter together. I view therapy as a collaborative process, and I enjoy working with people who are committed to their growth and development.
My work stems from a belief that our minds & bodies are inherently intertwined and that we must foster a symbiotic relationship between them. As a nature-based therapist, I offer 1-on-1 therapy and longer, focused therapy intensives. I am trained in EMDR therapy: an incredibly impactful, evidence-based method for reprocessing traumatic experiences.
