I specialize in supporting neurodivergence (specifically ADHD & Autism) through a strengths-based approach rooted in curiosity and creativity. I work with individuals navigating major life transitions, processing trauma, grappling with grief and loss, or longing to understand their emotions and sensations. When we understand ourselves, we can make choices and lead lives that honor who we truly are. This may require some unlearning, reflecting, and re-orienting to develop a more sustainable path forward. I view therapy as a collaborative process, and I deeply enjoy working with people who are committed to their growth.

My work stems from the belief that our minds & bodies are intertwined and that we must foster a symbiotic relationship between them. As a nature-based therapist, I offer 1-on-1 therapy and longer, focused therapy intensives. I am trained in EMDR - an incredibly impactful, evidence-based modality for trauma reprocessing. I am neurodiversity affirming!

I acknowledge the courage it takes to seek help, and I consider it a gift to be able to support people in therapy.
