Purpose: An experiential group that is aimed at self-exploration and personal growth. The group will meet the first Friday of every month to discuss a wide range of topics that supports holistic well-being. (This is an informal group that is best suited for individuals that are curious about topics related to psychology and/or are looking for ways to enhance the therapeutic outcome). The Dream group: a lighthearted introduction to dream work aimed at exploring one's own sub-conscious from Jungian perspective.
