I believe that through embracing creativity client's can find relief from emotional pain, gain self-awareness and insight, and heal from trauma. I help others empower themselves to heal through compassionate presence.

I am a healing-centered and trauma-informed Art Therapist trained in both EMDR and AIR (Adaptive Internal Relational) Network Therapy. I combine these therapies in a unique way with art therapy. This powerful approach engages the process of revealing images and symbols that come directly from the heart and soul's desire for authenticity and wholeness.
