I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor, who is passionate about helping adults struggling with depression and anxiety. I help my clients learn new ways to cope with sadness and worry, confront their negative beliefs and gain control of their emotions, so that they can live a happier, more manageable life.
It takes courage and strength to reach out for help, and the first step is the hardest! I offer a warm, non-judgmental and inviting approach as we navigate this journey together.
