I specialize in working with young adults & millennials, with a particular focus on identifying women & genderqueer individuals. I utilize the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, hypnotherapy, & other client- centered approaches to reconnect with your true, embodied self. You can learn to feel more in control over your choices & life.
In addition to "traditional" weekly or biweekly therapy, longer intensives are also available for those who want to dive deeper into the work at a quicker pace.
