Along with the use of integrative work, I specialize in the use of cognitive-behavioral techniques in treatment. I specialize in working with young adults and I also work with teens and older adults. I work alongside individuals who are facing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and relationship issues.
With a Rogerian approach I look to create an open and honest therapeutic relationship. I believe every one of us has the potential to make positive changes in our lives.
