Making the decision to seek therapy takes a lot of courage. Allow me to take that journey with you! I am trained in scientifically proven techniques to help alleviate depression, anxiety and trauma. These issues can weigh us down from time to time and, if left unchecked, can profoundly affect us in our daily lives. Some days we struggle just to make it through the day! Counseling can empower you with skills to help you function better in your daily life. In addition to talk therapy, I am trained in trauma sensitive yoga and hold advanced training in mindfulness. I teach my clients simple, yet powerful techniques to improve overall mental health and produce changes in the brain. I believe the most important relationship we have is with ourselves and I focus on teaching my clients self-care and self-compassion
My role is to offer you a warm, safe and supportive environment to begin the healing process. I seek to empower my clients by teaching them self-care improving their relationship with themself and others.
