In these cases, one's resilience can falter, and it can be difficult to resolve emotional or psychological pain by yourself, or to figure out how to move in the direction you want to go. My goal is to work with you to alleviate distress, identify strengths, improve well-being, and facilitate personal growth, agency, and empowerment.
