Often times life circumstances can cause us to lose motivation and hope. Which may prevent us from fulfilling our life purpose. I find that bringing the unconscious into conscious awareness can be a powerful tool for healing. When we ignore the hidden parts of self, this can often lead to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and many other self-destructive patterns. My goal is to help clients understand the root of their concerns through changing self-defeating patterns and learning to let go.
Within my practice, I use an integrative approach that include both mind and body practices. My approaches also include multicultural therapy as it relates to race, ethnicity, gender, and other social factors. I believe both cultural sensitivity and competency are key to understanding each client’s unique needs.
