I approach counseling from a trauma focused lens utilizing techniques such as talk therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, mindfulness, Brainspotting, etc. I have experience working with survivors of sexual abuse, other traumas, and clients struggling with loss & grief. LGBTQAI+ clients welcome (including gender dysphoria, gender exploration, & gender transition).

Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University (2020). I am Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) & National Certified Counselor (NCC) & Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP)(2021). I am trained in TF-CBT (2020), trained Basic EMDR (2021), & trained Brainspotting Phase 1 (2021) Phase 2 (2022).
