Are you less than satisfied with who you've become and the life you're living? I believe therapy is a collaboration where I meet you wherever you are and we become partners on the path toward your best self. Because mental and emotional distress happens in relationship, we begin with the most important relationship you will ever have – the one with yourself. The way in which we treat ourselves directly correlates with how we show up in the world and connect with others.
I draw on my background as a nutrition expert and ayurvedic counselor to help you develop a lifestyle honoring who you are and what you need. Therapeutic yoga may be part of our work in moving stuck energy and past traumas living in your body along with breath practices to aid in nervous system and emotional regulation.
It is my honor and joy to guide you toward a place where old coping mechanisms and behavior patterns no longer serving you can be replaced with fresh, new ways of being.
