My counseling style is based on creating a sense of safety and cultivating deeper connections within yourself. I'm very interactive and we will work to tame drama and shame. I utilize CBT, strength-based, ACT, and EMDR to guide us...but healing lies within you- your hopes, hardships, successes & infinite wisdom.
