Because you are here, you are on the right track! I'm a clinical psychologist with over 16 years of experience helping people like you improve mood, energy, self- empowerment and quality of life. I like to work with a mind-body approach, looking at your whole body's experience of your mood...like pain, anxiety, breath.... I use both cognitive treatments, breathwork and ketamine assisted psychotherapy to help you reach your best overall health.
No two people are the same, so no two treatments should be the same either! I am passionate about providing the best possible care and treatment plans that are individualized for each person's unique need. Every Monday at 8:30 AM: Mom's wishing to engage in light physical activity such as yoga stretch, walking or jogging along sunset cliffs while practicing some healthy mindfulness for Mammas can meet with Dr. Lauro for group activity. We will share one topic that functions as an obstacle to mindfulness at home and, with intention, explore solutions with our mindful practice together...because Mommy-ing can be hard and leave us feeling mindless.
