I am so glad you are here. One of the bravest things you can do is begin this healing journey. As a therapist, I help individuals through a variety of challenges they may be facing such as trauma, anxiety, depression, life changes, peer relationships, and stress. I am one of the managing partners at Compass Wellness, PLLC here in Poughkeepsie. My passion is healing wounds that trauma created. I specialize in helping you find the path to healing from past and present traumas, including birth trauma, and postpartum. I am a lactation consultant, birth doula, and NYS licensed social worker.

I believe in client autonomy. I use a variety of techniques to assist in stress reduction and long term healing. I prefer mindfulness based and somatic therapeutic intervention. These include but are not limited to therapeutic meditation, DBT, EMDR & Somatic Experiencing techniques, and talk therapy. I pride myself on working towards long term healing.
