Hey there! I know it can be wicked difficult to find a therapist to easily connect with and that is my primary goal. Currently working with ages 16+ who are struggling with a variety of life and mental health issues. I have 9 yr experience working with clients who struggle with psychosis, bipolar and personality disorders; substance abuse disorders as well. I offer a client led approach to counseling where we will figure this out together! I am known for my enthusiasm and "you got this" personality, as I firmly believe everyone has the ability to move towards the life that they want - we all just need help getting there sometimes!
Specialize in mindfulness practices, emphasis on stress management and using one's innate skills to overcome struggles. Experience with working with family members as well to promote recovery when needed. Potential for community based sessions as well to offer acudetox sessions.
