Grace Space:Wellness Group for Women Entrepreneurs
This group is for women who are working full time in their business and want support with nurturing their mental and emotional wellness while launching, maintaining and/or growing their businesses. In each session, group members will engage in wellness practices (such as movement, yoga, mindfulness, etc.) and receive coaching on ways to center their wellness while structuring their businesses to support their lifestyle. Developing connections and relationships with other women across industries is an added benefit for all group members.
