Do you sometimes feel disconnected, even in a room full of people? Are you sitting with feelings of not enoughness? Feeling unsatisfied with where you find yourself, or uncertain about where you're going? Does it feel like you're living your life on autopilot? Being human can feel really hard sometimes. You don't have to do it alone. I provide a warm space to help clients be with whatever is coming up. Through slow and gentle inquiry, we'll work together to bring awareness to the entirety of your experience - mind, body, and heart - so that you can show up in the world courageously and compassionately.
I'm a combination of grounded and idealistic and am comfortable in the grey areas of life. Using mindfulness, embodiment and relational practices I help clients bring curiosity, compassion and a new perspective. My approach is strengths-based with an empathetic presence. We'll start with what's already working for you and find new ways to help you cope.
You are not alone and you deserve to get the support you need. If you're here, you have already taken a meaningful step toward healing and connection. Let's find a way to keep moving. One breath at a time.

Groups
Bodies & Trauma
Among the effects of trauma is a loss of connection to one’s body, to others, and to the world. In this group, members begin to not feel so alone in their experience of trauma and reconnect in ways that individual counseling cannot address. Together we work toward expanding awareness of sensations in the body, understanding the physiology underlying trauma and the aftermath of a traumatic experience, learning and practicing techniques for soothing uncomfortable emotions and body sensations, and beginning to heal trauma through the body as a complement to other forms of healing. bodiesandtrauma@relationalcenter.org
