I specialize in trauma and grief and loss, including pet loss. In addition I work with people who have depression, anxiety, PTSD and complex trauma, self esteem issues, and life transitions. Grief and trauma can be overwhelming; it is vital to have a safe place to open up about those soul deep wounds.
I have a passion for working with our veterans, first responders, LGBTQAI+, and those struggling with the loss of a loved one, or struggling with a loved one going through chronic medical issues including alzheimer's and dementia.
