Adult DBT Skills Group
Group focuses on teaching 4 skills modules: Mindfulness skills, Distress Tolerance skills, Emotion Regulation Skills, and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills. Group members are between the ages of 21 and 70. Wednesday group is 4:00 to 5:30pm. Thursday group is 1:00 to 2:30pm.

Multi-Family DBT Skills Groups
Multi-Family DBT Skills Group meets weekly for 2 hours and reviews 5 modules: Mindfulness Skills, Distress Tolerance Skills, Emotion Regulation Skills, Interpersonal Effectiveness skills, and Middle Path Skills. Psychoeducation about diagnosis, parenting, and skills implementation is provided.
