I help couples that want to enhance their relationship by building empathy and improving communication skills as well as fostering deeper connections. Overall, my clients seek empowerment and a supportive therapeutic relationship to navigate life’s challenges and improve their quality of life.
I believe the best therapy is tailored to each client. I utilize various modalities based on the individual in front of me. One key aspect I emphasize in ALL of my sessions is self-compassion. Life is already challenging enough without adding self-criticism.
