These Men's Groups are supportive, challenging settings to receive frank, empathetic feedback from other men within a confidential and growing space. On Zoom & live, one group is composed of straight men, the other of gay men. The group explores your specific life issues and relationships. Members learn to more skillfully: *Integrate emotions and intellect. *Build community with men. *Align daily actions with larger vision and values. *Balance needs with intimate partners. *Enhance self-confidence. *Work skillfully with sexual attraction. *Come to terms with the nice guy in you. *Manage feelings of anger, depression and anxiety *Be authentic

Thursday Co-ed Relationships Group
Group therapy is often the most powerful method for working through long-standing relationship patterns, beliefs & habits while learning to find closeness, community and intimacy. On Zoom and live, members of this co-ed group grow in confidence and self-awareness by, 1) giving and receiving frank feedback, 2) offering support and empathy, 3) normalizing things uniquely flawed about us, 4) clarifying what we want out of life and relationships, and 5) working in the here-and-now with feelings and thoughts about group members seeing patterns with other relationships past and present. This work is inspiring for all involved!

Thursday Evening Men's Group
This live group is designed for men who have therapy experience and wish to deepen their integration and relationship skills. A therapy group offers many possible benefits as members become vulnerable (e.g. a sense of community, empathy, support, advice, challenge and validation). However, to get the most out of this group we leverage the interactions between members to work through our emotional and relationships patterns. Here, members take risks by being be honest with care growing one’s ability to be simultaneously authentic and connected.
