I offer comfort and guidance to people struggling to find their way through a hard transition or uncertain situation. Sessions with me are easy, but engaged and lively, and I strive to create a safe, inclusive environment. I am highly influenced by Humanistic Psychology, Carl Jung, and both Eastern and Western philosophies and spiritual traditions. As such, I regard suffering as a natural and expected part of the human condition, not as evidence of a personal defect.
I practice a pragmatic, clear-eyed approach that assumes the presence of health and the positive potential inherent in every person. My practice is to help people realize their innate, though often unrecognized, capacity towards growth and change. In this way, problems can often serve as doorways leading to greater self-actualization, wellness, and peace.
