It's a quickly changing world and that can make life very difficult at times. The opportunity to relate and learn helpful tools in a confidential, non-judgmental environment is an amazing healing and pro-active experience. I have over 10 years in practice and have worked with children, teens, families and couples in multiple areas including anxiety, depression, trauma and better communication. I am also fortunate enough to work within the LGBTQ+ and poly communities. I do not accept insurance at this time but will work diligently to help with any financial concerns.
As a CBT trained counselor I specialize with angry teenagers, couple work, trauma recovery, anxiety and depression. I work at giving you the necessary tools to create a stable and happier life by finding out what works specifically for you and what you are dealing with. Everyone is different! Everyone has different needs and strengths!
I have two locations in both Sheboygan and Oshkosh which provide individualized and confidential assistance with an emphasis on confidentiality. The only person you will ever speak to at Moving Ahead is myself. I also provide 30 minute no charge consultations to provide a comfortable transition into therapy.
