I have devoted my counseling career helping individuals and families find strength and hope in times of trouble despite the many obstacles they face.
In 30 years of counseling I have partnered with people of many ages facing a variety of difficult challenges such as anxiety, depression, and obsessive compulsive disorder. I have also helped many struggling with eating disorders, as well as those who have suffered trauma and difficult loss, helping them to find strength and hope in their healing journey.
