My experience includes working with couples, & individual adults who have struggled with infidelity, relationship strain, sexual issues, parenting, depression, anxiety, & more. In addition, I work with women & couples struggling with infertility, postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, traumatic birth recovery, & adjustment to parenthood.
With a degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, I approach cases from a systemic perspective because I believe we are all influenced by larger systems, such as our families, romantic partnerships, workplace, and community. To best meet the needs of clients, I integrate different therapeutic modalities, including EFT, Gottman method, EMDR, and CBT.
