My approach to therapy is interactive and integrative (because nothing is one-size-fits-all). Within a safe therapeutic relationship, we can develop insight and new ways of relating to your inner experiences. Ultimately, we’ll discover your unique values and cultivate the life you want to live. My clients say I'm warm yet pragmatic, and we often find time for laughter.

I love working with teens, adults, and couples. I have specialized training in LGBTQ+/Kink/Ethical Non-Monogamy and am passionate about serving these communities. My therapeutic foundation is Humanistic-Existential while integrating Psychodynamic, Narrative, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). In short, I combine insight with behavioral strategies.
