Professional Support Group for Therapists
Whether you are a veteran therapist or working towards your license, this collaborative ongoing support group offers a place to share issues and cases, while providing ways to optimize both professional growth and personal well being. I will share my training in Anthropology, Systemic Psychology, Homeopathy, Aikido, Qigong, Forgiveness, Mindfulness and Coherent Breathing to enhance your personal and therapeutic skills, with sensitivity to individual needs. An interview required to join group.

Stress Reduction & Forgiveness for Caregivers
For those experiencing depression, anxiety, stress and even resentment due to a lifetime caregiving commitment to a child or loved one, or because of difficult transitions being encountered with aging parents. This group will provide stress reduction and forgiveness techniques that will help participants experiencing these family and emotional challenges. This training has also helped benefit interactions with spouses and the rest of the nuclear family.
