Unresolved and lingering circumstances can be difficult to wrestle with on a daily basis. They have an underlying power to influence our well-being and our relationships with others in ways we often see but do not understand. I offer a supportive, gentle space as you seek solution, revelation, and stability in your circumstances. I work with adolescents and adults addressing a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety and stress, relationships, life transitions, and conflicts in work, school, and family.
We work together to enhance skills for dealing with feelings, thoughts, behaviors, and life issues. The goal is to create a deep level of awareness and mind-body connection which leads to a greater capacity of grounding and growth. My approach is shaped to each person's needs and pace. I integrate mindfulness, person-centered, IFS, and somatic therapy.
