I work with individuals, couples and families who may be struggling with personal hardships or relationship connections in their lives. We all encounter difficulties that can become too challenging for us to manage on our own and I am motivated to help explore how and why these have affected you.
I use a relational lens to view the bigger picture of how an individual, couple or family unit learn to treat themselves and others. I also work with the effects of grief, anxiety, depression and substance use.
