I work with individuals, couples, and families to improve communication, self-esteem, independence, and adapt to life changes. I am experienced in treating Depression, Anxiety, and issues regarding Communication, Phase of Life, and Self-Esteem. I am also an adoption competent counselor knowledgeable in working with newly formed families.
