We all experience times in our lives where we encounter hardship, confusion and sadness. During these times we may feel stuck or overwhelmed, linger in negative patterns and question the bigger meaning of our lives. Additionally, growing up and in this increasingly hectic world requires each of us to adopt certain coping strategies that may no longer be serving us; from limiting beliefs about ourselves and our potential to outdated messages that may have clouded our internal vision. Learning new ways to understand ourselves by getting in touch with our deeper parts and feelings can offer new pathways toward healing and growth.
I believe we find our healing through relationship; with ourselves, with others and with greater systems in our world. I specialize in working with couples who are ready to look at their relationship differently. It can be hard to see our patterns and ways of relating that aren't working from the viewpoint of being inside looking out.
I have found that through navigating the many tides of life, the path of personal and relational growth has always been one of expansion, even when it may seem like the more difficult choice.
