As an interactive, solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients address current life challenges and long-standing issues. With compassion and understanding, I help individuals find resolution to a wide range of personal concerns and psychological issues. With an integration of complimentary approaches, I draw from a variety of methodologies and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful for each individual. Together with each client, I work to develop strengths and restore peace.
In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I empower clients utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Reality Therapy, among others. Areas of specialization include: Anxiety & Panic Attacks, Dating/Relationship/Marital Issues, Grief & Loss, Organization, Financial Stress, Career Issues, Communication Skills, Self-Esteem Issues, & Lesbian & Gay Issues.
My office is conveniently located at the Turnpike & Lake Worth Road with ample parking. To accomodate the individual needs of my clients, I offer a variety of session lengths including 50, 75, and 90-minute sessions. I also accept all major credit cards for the convenience of my clients.
