I help folx improve the satisfaction of their life through nurturing their relationship with food, their bodies, and through finding harmony with their trauma history...sometimes all at once. I use EMDR to address these issues and more, and offer EMDR in an intensive format to reach peak trauma resolution in shorter amounts of time than the traditional therapy format. If you're finding it difficult to move forward in your life- to achieve your goals and feel like your best self, you could be held back by your own limiting beliefs, and I'm ready to help you push past those beliefs to find your truest, authentic self.
While I have always considered myself a mental health generalist, I specialize in a few key areas: disordered eating and eating disorders, trauma healing using EMDR, and the peri/post partum parent experience. I have been in practice for over 10 years in a variety of settings, but I am most excited to bring my skills to my private practice.
